About the event
We’ll be opening a bottle or two of Château Tour St Bonnet Cru Bourgeois 2020 — Médoc, Bordeaux. A classic, traditional Médoc: Cabernet-led, structured and savoury, with blackcurrant and dark plum fruit, cedar, tobacco and a touch of earthy spice. The excellent 2020 vintage gives it good concentration, but there’s enough freshness and firm tannin to keep it unmistakably Bordeaux.
